Attaching a video file
Trim or compress the video to fit your inbox limit, wait for the attachment to upload, and hope your recipient downloads and opens the file.
Screen Recorder & Video Links · Beta
Record your screen in Chrome or upload an existing video file, then paste a playback link straight into your email.
Send MP4, WebM, or Chrome recordings up to 10 minutes (up to 512 MiB per file).
Why standard email video fails
A short screen recording quickly outgrows what an email attachment can carry.
Shrinking the file until it fits makes text on your screen hard to read. Dropping it into a shared storage folder gets around the inbox limit, but often leaves your recipient waiting on processing screens, clicking through folder views, or asking for permission to open the file.
What’s missing is a direct step between your video and your email—a link that opens and plays in the browser as soon as your recipient clicks it.
The 3-step workflow
Bill More Tech Screen Recorder turns a screen recording or video file into a link built for playback.
.mp4, .webm, or .mp3 file from your computer.Instead of managing file sizes and folder permissions, your email carries a single link that plays when clicked.
Side-by-side contrast
Trim or compress the video to fit your inbox limit, wait for the attachment to upload, and hope your recipient downloads and opens the file.
Upload or record up to 10 minutes, paste one link into your email, and let your recipient press play in their browser—with the option to replace the video on that same link later.
That covers everyday walkthroughs, demos, bug reports, and updates—so the only thing left to check is whether your file fits.
Beta specifications
Each upload or recording can be up to 10 minutes and 512 MiB (MP4, WebM, or MP3), and your library holds up to 35 videos at a time. You can permanently delete old links and source files whenever you want to free up space.
Recording and playback currently target desktop Chrome. Every feature described on this page—public links with no viewer login required, organization and member-specific sharing, local downloads after recording, and replacing or restoring a video version on an existing link—is live and free during early access.
If the video you need to send is 10 minutes or under and within 512 MiB, you can send it right now.
If you have a video file ready to send—or an email draft open where a quick screen recording would save you twenty minutes of typing—use the three steps above on that message.
Create a free account, upload your file or record in desktop Chrome, and paste the playback link into your email.
